Partner program terms
These terms govern your participation in the Enla Partners affiliate program. By joining, you agree to them.
1. Joining the program
Membership in the Enla Partners affiliate program is free and open to individuals and businesses who promote Enla lawfully. There are no minimums or quotas. We may approve or decline any application, and you must provide accurate account and payout details.
2. Commission
Approved partners earn 30% of every payment a referred customer makes, recurring for the life of that customer's paid subscription. Commission is calculated on the net amount actually collected by Enla and adjusts automatically if a referral upgrades, downgrades, or cancels.
3. Attribution
Referrals are tracked with a 90-day cookie. If a person clicks your referral link and subscribes within that window, the sale is attributed to you. Where multiple partners are involved, last-click attribution applies. Self-referrals and fraudulent, incentivized, or misleading traffic are not eligible.
4. Payouts
Balances are paid out monthly once they clear the $50 threshold, via Stripe, PayPal, Wise, Bank transfer. You are responsible for any taxes due on commission you earn. Commission tied to refunded or charged-back payments may be reversed.
5. Acceptable promotion
You may promote Enla using the provided brand assets and your own honest content. You may not bid on Enla trademarks in paid search, use spam, impersonate Enla, make false claims, or promote through unlawful or deceptive channels. Misuse may result in withheld commission and removal from the program.
6. Changes and termination
We may update these terms or the program structure with reasonable notice. Either party may end participation at any time; commission already validly earned at the time of termination remains payable subject to these terms.
